With that status and visibility comes the downside of stardom, of course, and one of their biggest fans just couldn't contain himself in their presence last night.
TMZ reports that a man tried to tackle Kim while she and Kanye were getting out of a limo, diving at her legs as she was en route to Balmain's fashion show.
Fortunately, a bodyguard was nearby to subdue the dude, believed to be famed red carpet invader Vitalii Sediuk, who was taken into custody as he often is.
