Thousands of mourners have walked through the streets of Phillip Hughes' hometown of Macksville in solemn silence, following the casket of the fallen cricketer.
Cricket stars, local residents and friends cried and consoled each other as they followed Hughes' family out of the hall where his funeral was held.
Australian cricket captain Michael Clarke was one of eight pallbearers including Hughes' father Gregory and brother Jason to carry the casket out of the Macksville High school hall at the conclusion of the service.
Earlier, Clarke delivered an emotionally charged tribute for Hughes, sobbing as he said goodbye to his 'little brother'.
