Christiano Ronaldo scored his 197th la liga goal and his 20th of the season. He becomes the first player in Spanish top flight football to have hit 20 goals in just eleven matches. The former Manchester United star has continued his fine run of the season and could well beat Lionel Messi's 50 goal record person if he continues his fine goal scoring form.

Elsewhere, Lionel Messi broke La Liga all time goal scoring record after a hat-trick against Sevilla to take his tally to 253 goals.

In England Asenal made their worst Premier League start in 32 years after a 1-2 home defeat to rivals Manchester United

And finally after winning the Australian Open, the French Open, Winbledon, US open, World Tour Finals, Olympic doubles gold and now The Davies Cup. The question on everybodies mouth is, is there anything else for Roger Federer to win?
