A man who has been lurking outside Rihanna's Manhattan apartment and sending threatening messages has been ordered by the New York city judge to stay away from the pop star.
According to MSN money; Kelvin McGlyn in September was found unfit to stand trial on stalking charges and was committed to a psychiatric hospital in Stanten Island.
He has filled a petition seeking release. In a decision released on Friday, justice Orlando Morazzo said the order would enable police to arrest McGlean if he goes close to the pop star's home.
